Kareena Kapoor Khan Responds to Legal Notice Over Book Title ‘Pregnancy Bible’

Kareena Kapoor Khan has recently responded to a legal notice sent to her by the Madhya Pradesh High Court concerning the title of her authorized book, Pregnancy Bible. According to recent reports, her lawyers, Divya Krishna Bilaiya and Nikhil Bhatt, clarified that their client had no intentions of hurting any religious sentiments.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, who is currently facing legal issues, responded to the legal notice sent by the Madhya Pradesh High Court over the title of her book, Pregnancy Bible. During a recent court appearance, her lawyers stated that the actress did not intend to offend anyone’s religious beliefs. They denied the allegations of hurting religious sentiments, asserting that the book was not meant to cause any offense.

The next hearing on the matter in the Madhya Pradesh High Court is scheduled for December 10, 2024. Earlier this year, in May, Kareena received a legal notice from the High Court for using the word “Bible” in the title of her book, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible. The Bollywood actress was issued the notice following an objection raised by a person named Anthony, who demanded a ban on the book.

Reports indicate that the advocate first approached the police to file an FIR against the actress regarding her book, which was published in 2021. However, when police officials refused to file the FIR, the advocate took the matter to a lower court. Following the registration of the complaint, the Madhya Pradesh High Court issued notices to the actress and the book’s seller. The advocate also alleged that using the word “Bible” was a publicity stunt by the actress, asserting that comparing the Bible to Kareena Kapoor’s book was inappropriate.

Amid these legal issues, some netizens found it ironic that Kareena, who leads a luxurious life, including owning the Pataudi Palace and taking annual trips to Switzerland, would be involved in such controversies.
