‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ host and versatile actor, Amitabh Bachchan finally revealed why he keeps working even in his 80s.

Amitabh Bachchan is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. The actor, even at the age of 81, has been giving shoulder-to-shoulder fights to youngsters, and his grasp over acting is something that is beyond praise. Well, the actor is seemingly a workaholic, and recently, he returned on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati. Often, several questions arise about why the actor still needs to work even at such an age. Well, Amitabh recently shared the reason for this.

Amitabh Bachchan reveals the reason for being a working professional at the age of 81

In his blog, Amitabh Bachchan wrote that he is often asked why he chooses to work even now, and he has no answer to the same. The actor stated that he is often left with one answer, which is that it’s another job opportunity for him. The actor added that several people have their share of assessments on this matter, and they have the liberty to give a conclusion on the same, while he has the liberty to work on himself. Amitabh Bachchan wrote:

“They keep asking me on set of work .. the reason for me to be working .. and I have no answers for this , except it’s another job opportunity for me ..what else could possibly be the reason… Others have their own assessment of occasions and conditions and often like to exercise their model to be prime.. wear my shoes, and find out.. maybe you are right ..and maybe not .. you have the liberty to have your conclusions, and I have the liberty of my work.”

Amitabh Bachchan shared that he had answered the questions that had risen about him continuing to work, but whatever reason is there, it’s enclosed, shuttered, and locked. He also gave an example of making a stand castle with everyday work and continuing to work for its permanency. An excerpt from Amitabh’s blog can be read as:

“What reason I have is mine .. enclosed shuttered and locked..and the ‘impotency of content’ compels you to build your own sand castles and enjoy its manufacturing ..in time sandcastles fall down.. may you that build them, find a measure of permanency .. if it has been built for you and your business ..mine is done and it stands still – I WORK .. PERIOD.”

She shared how, although she and her husband had an arranged marriage, they still fall for one another every day. She also added how they often go out for vacation and make reels.
