New Delhi: The World IVF (In vitro fertilisation) Day is observed every year globally on July 25. In vitro fertilisation involves procedures, in which mature eggs are retrieved from ovaries and fertilized by the sperm in a lab. Ahead of World IVF Day, let’s explore the celebrities who conceived via IVF.

Isha Ambani-Anand Piramal

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani conceived her twins, Aadya and Krishna, via IVF, just like her mother Nita. Recently, she opened up about it and told Vogue, “I’m very quick to say that my twins were conceived via IVF because that’s how we’ll normalise it, right? Nobody should feel isolated or ashamed. It’s a difficult process. When you’re going through it, you’re physically exhausted. If there is modern technology in the world today, why not use it to have children?”

Sidhu Moosewala’s parents

Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala’s mother Charan Kaur had reportedly undergone IVF treatment at the age of 58 and was successful in conceiving the baby. On March 17, 2024, the elderly couple welcomed a baby boy, 22 months after Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead.
