During an interview with IANS in 2019, Karisma Kapoor revealed her desire for sister Kareena Kapoor Khan to replace her in the film Biwi No 1 if given the chance. Reflecting on their bond, Karisma highlighted the strong connection between them and emphasized their reliance on each other for constant support.

The actress was asked if Kareena had sought her guidance on parenthood. While responding Karisma referred to her sister Kareena as her ‘greatest confidante’ and stated, “Kareena and I are very close, and we discuss everything, including our kids. We are both each other’s biggest confidante and support system.”

Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor are absolute sibling goals. They have publicly acknowledged one other’s contributions to their lives on several occasions. At a Ladies Study Group event in Kolkata a few weeks ago, Karisma said, “She has a strong personality. As a child, she knew what she wanted, but to me, she’ll always be my first baby.”

On the work front, Karisma was last seen in Murder Mubarak, directed by Homi Adajania. Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Vijay Varma, and Tisca Chopra also appeared in the film, which premiered on Netflix. Kareena Kapoor wowed audiences with her performance in Rajesh A Krishnan’s flick Crew. The heist comedy also included Kriti Sanon and Tabu in prominent roles.
