In 2007, a newlywed Aishwarya Rai was asked whether her career would take a backseat after her wedding. At the time, the actress has recently tied the knot. She shared that she was enjoying her domestic life and was happy being married. She even expressed that she was looking forward to being a mother.

Speaking at the international conference, the Guru actress shared, “I am looking forward to babies, I am enjoying marriage, there is no question of losing oneself to it.”. For the unversed, following her wedding to Abhishek Bachchan and the birth of their daughter Aaradhya, the actress took a brief 5-year hiatus from work in 2010. The actress returned to the big screen in the 2015 movie Jazbaa.

Most recently, several media reports claimed a feud in the Bachchan family. Their social media activity, public appearances together and solo holidays further fuelled the rumours. However, the Paa actor himself quashed all hearsay in the matter.

While at the Paris Olympics, Abhishek Bachchan spoke to an International media and shared that he is very much married. Speaking to Bollywood UK Media, Abhishek shared, “I don’t have anything to say to you all about that. You all have blown the entire thing out of proportion, sadly. I understand, why you do it. You have to file some stories. It’s okay, we’re celebrities, we have to take it.” Adding to this the actor flaunted his marriage ring and noted, “ Still married, sorry.” The news comes as a respite to all fans and followers of the couple. His statement went viral on social media.
