Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Suhana Khan visit Farah Khan’s residence to pay tribute to her mother Menaka Irani. Watch
After Farah Khan’s mother Menaka Irani’s demise on Friday, several celebrities including the director-choreographer’s close friend Shah Rukh Khan, along with his family, visited her residence to pay their last respects to Farah’s mother.

Shah Rukh Khan, who shares a great friendship with director-choreographer Farah Khan, recently visited her residence with his family to pay last respects to her mother. Farah and filmmaker Sajid Khan’s mother, Menaka Irani, died on 26 July. She was 79. Several celebrities, including Rani Mukerji, Shilpa Shetty, Fardeen Khan, and Salim Khan, visited Farah’s residence to pay their last respects to the veteran actress.
On Friday, Shah Rukh Khan, his wife Gauri, and their daughter Suhana, visited Farah’s house. A video of the same is being widely shared online. In the video, Shah Rukh Khan can be seen stepping out of his car and walking towards the lift of Farah’s residence, the actor was followed by his daughter Suhana and wife Gauri, who rushed towards the lift. In another set of photos, Shah Rukh Khan can be seen leaving the house, while Farah Khan accompanies him till the exit. The actor-director duo have collaborated on films such as Main Hoon Na (2004), Om Shanti Om (2007), and Happy New Year (2014).
Shah Rukh Khan visits Farah Khan’s residence. T-Series owner Bhushan Kumar, as well as rapper-singer MC Stan, also visited the director’s home in Mumbai. Menaka Irani, who was the sister of Zoya and Farhan Akhtar’s mother Honey Irani, received a special tribute from the Dil Dhadakne Do director. Remembering her aunt, Zoya shared a special post on her Instagram handle and wrote, “Menka aunty, you shaped my life in was I will be eternally grateful for. You made me read, you made me laugh, you made me listen to country music and you made me feel like the most special girl in the world. You will always be adored and never be forgotten. Rest in peace. Rest in power.”
